More than two months after he was injured in a Jefferson County crash near Perry, Dyllon James Butrick, 20, White Cloud, remains hospitalized in serious condition at Kansas University Hospital in Kansas City, Kan., hospital spokesman Bob Hallinan said.

Butrick and Gary Daniel Koellicker, 19, Highland, were both ejected from the vehicle they were in on April 6 after making a U-turn on U.S. Highway 24 in front of a semitrailer. Koellicker was treated and released later in April from Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center in Topeka.
