Rees Victor Barber, a 23-year-old Topeka man, whom police subdued with a Taser after an altercation early Sunday outside Shots Bar, 1008 Mass., has been given notice to appear in Lawrence Municipal Court July 24 on charges of disorderly conduct and interference with duties of an officer. Barber posted $200 cash bond. Ebony Nicole Williamson, 21, of Topeka, is also scheduled to appear in municipal court July 24 on a disorderly conduct charge for the same incident.
