A 41-year-old Lawrence man reported to Lawrence police Jan. 6 that someone burglarized his relatives’ residence in the 1300 block of Lawrence Avenue sometime that evening, according to a police report released Monday. A glass door valued at $1,945 was broken and about $37,000 worth of items, including jewelry and several firearms, were taken.
