A 39-year-old woman was transported to Lawrence Memorial Hospital after an accident at Connecticut and 13th streets Friday morning. Lawrence police spokeswoman Kim Murphree said the woman had nonlife-threatening injuries. The other driver, a 68-year-old, was given a traffic citation for causing the accident.
