An 18-year-old Lawrence man reported to Lawrence police a burglary and theft of $5,500 cash that occurred between 10:48 p.m. and 10:53 p.m. Saturday from the 3000 block of Bob Billings Parkway. A large glass window and small glass garage window were both damaged during the incident
