One injured in Interstate 70 rollover accident Friday
A 54-year-old Strong City man was injured after his truck hit a railing and overturned on Interstate 70 about 5 p.m. Friday.
According to the Kansas Turnpike Authority, the man’s westbound truck sideswiped two other vehicles as he attempted to pass them near mile marker 205, just east of Lawrence. No one from the other vehicles was injured during the incident. The man was treated at the scene but not taken to the hospital, according to the KTA.
