A 77-year-old Lawrence man reported to Lawrence police Tuesday that someone had stolen $1,600 worth of miscellaneous tools and other items from his vehicle between 5 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Summerfield Place.
