A 20-year-old Lawrence man, Franklin J. Spottedtail, was charged with attempted aggravated robbery, conspiracy and obstruction Monday after he was arrested early Saturday morning in the 1100 block of Ohio Street.

According to court and police records, Spottedtail is accused of chasing and grabbing the arms of a Lawrence man to try to rob the man in the 1100 block of Tennessee Street, but the robbery attempt failed. A judge set his bond at $30,000.
