Union Pacific Railroad officials notified Lawrence police Wednesday that someone had stolen two metal air horns, valued at $3,000, from an area near Fifth and Locust streets in North Lawrence. The horns were taken sometime between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. Wednesday.
