A 29-year-old Lawrence man reported to Lawrence police Tuesday that someone had stolen a composite photograph valued at $1,000 from the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity house at 1100 Ind. The alleged theft occurred between midnight and 9 a.m. Monday.
