A 25-year-old Kansas City, Mo., man reported Sunday the theft of personal property from the 3400 block of West 24th Street. According to a police report, the incident occurred between noon and 2 p.m. Saturday. A laptop and digital camera were among the items reported stolen. The total estimated loss was $2,040.
