A 23-year-old Lawrence man was arrested Monday afternoon on charges of aggravated assault and criminal threat in the 1500 block of East 25th Terrace for an incident that occurred in the 1400 block of Eddingham Drive.

Lawrence Police Sgt. Dave Hubbel said the suspect entered the house of someone he knew, threatened him with a gun and demanded money. After some investigation, police discovered that the victim owed the suspect money, and the gun wasn’t a real one but a BB gun.
