Olathe ? Kelsey Broadwell had 33 kills, 49 assists, 15 digs and five blocks to lead Lawrence High to a 4-1 record and runner-up finish at the Olathe South volleyball tournament on Saturday.

Morgan Green had 30 kills and 19 digs; Karisa Sanders had 27 kills and 11 blocks; Kiely Mosiman had 59 assists; and Kendyll Severa recorded 23 digs for the Lions (5-3).

LHS beat Wichita Southeast, 25-13, 25-8; Shawnee Mission South, 25-12, 25-22; Olathe South, 25-23, 21-25, 25-17; and Manhattan, 14-25, 25-23, 25-22. The Lions lost to Oak Park, Mo., 26-24, 25-18.

The Lions tied for first, but placed second based on total points.
