Included in the events is a Sept. 17 concert, featuring country singer Cory Morrow and the band Flatland Travelers. The concert begins at 9 p.m. at Abe & Jakes, 8 E. Sixth St. Tickets are $20.
All proceeds benefit the Bret Miller 1T Cancer Foundation and Turning Point of KC.

Do you make fun of all types of cancer or just this particular one?

It's no joke. One of my customers had a man mastectomy.

My step father died from breast cancer, AFTER he had a mastectomy. I do walks all the time to raise awareness! It's no joke people! It's only 400 men per year versus 40,000 women, but still, it's out there!
