A 21-year-old Eudora man was taken to Lawrence Memorial Hospital Thursday night after his pickup truck rolled on Kansas Highway 10 just west of Eudora.

According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, Michael R. Ortega was headed west in his 2004 Ford Ranger at 10:30 p.m. when the truck went off the highway to the north. Ortega over-corrected the vehicle and it eventually rolled over.

Ortega, who was wearing his seat belt, was taken to LMH, according to the report. A hospital spokeswoman said Ortega was treated and released.
