Lawrence High boys cross country team triumphs
Topeka ? Zach Andregg placed fourth and Ari Pelli-Nilsen seventh to pace Lawrence High to victory in the team race at the Topeka Seaman Invitational on Saturday at Shawnee North Community Center.
Andregg finished in 16:43.75. Pelli-Nilsen wasn’t far behind at 16:51.2. Simon Fangman (11th in 17:02.05) and Reid Hildenbrand (12th in 17:02.83) rounded out the Lions’ top placings.
Lawrence won with 58 points. Wichita Haysville-Campus was second with 73 points.
On the girls’ side, Grace Morgan was third in 15:50.9 to pace LHS to a third-place finish.
The Lions had 115 points, behind Olathe East (27) and Washburn Rural (75).
