One person was injured in a stabbing incident shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Haskell Ave.

According to Douglas County emergency dispatchers, the victim had lacerations to his face and hand. The injuries were non-life threatening.

Lawrence police said there are no suspects in the case. Sergeant Kirk Fultz said the victim was uncooperative, changed his story many times and asked for an attorney.
