Adults invited to test their word skills at adult spelling bee, benefitting the Lawrence St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Those looking to defend long-ago spelling bee championships or make up for that flubbed word in the fifth grade will have another opportunity this weekend.
The Lawrence St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee is hosting an adult spelling bee to benefit the committee’s charities.
The event is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Eagles Lodge, 1803 W. Sixth St.
