KU’s Mini College set for this summer

Anyone interested in recapturing some of the college experience may enroll at Kansas University’s annual Mini College.

A program through the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the Mini College involves a week of lectures delivered by KU faculty, extracurricular activities, tours and social events.

The Mini College is scheduled for May 24-28 at KU’s Lawrence campus. More than 70 courses are being offered this year. This is the second year for the program, which attracted 129 participants last June.

Registration is open through April 30 for $225. Late registrations will be accepted through May 16 for $250. Anyone interested in signing up may visit the program’s Web site at minicollege.ku.edu or call Jessica Beeson, project coordinator, at 864-1767.
