Lawrence High boys bowling wins, girls second

? Tanner Kilmer finished with a team-high series 638 and the Lawrence High boys bowling team finished first in its road triangular with Olathe East and Shawnee Mission East on Thursday.

The Lions finished with a team score of 2,495, Olathe South was second with 2,404 and Shawnee Mission East was third with 2,211.

Ben Wyatt rolled a 630 series, Riley Gentry bowled a 622 and Ryan Miller had a 605 to round out the lineup for the Lions.

Lawrence High’s girls team finished second, meanwhile, finishing behind Olathe East with a score of 1,980.

Alexah Gudenkauf led the girls team with a 594 series. Danielle Husted followed with a 520, Rebecca McNemee rolled a 433 and Kirstyn Heine pitched in with a 433 series for Lawrence.
