The Kansas Quarterback Club resumes tonight at a new location with a celebrity guest kicking off the season.
John Hadl, former KU All-American halfback and quarterback and now working in the Williams Fund, is the season’s first guest speaker at the event that starts at 5 p.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings at 1012 Mass. St. The meetings will take place weekly at that time and location, where Hawk Talk With Mark Mangino Radio Show will be broadcast live at 6 p.m.
The annual cost for a membership to the Quarterback Club is $100 for an individual and $175 for a couple. A membership includes a KU QB Club cap or visor, a T-shirt, weekly prize drawings, complimentary pregame tailgate for the Southern Mississippi game, 12 in-season meetings and a a recruiting wrap-up with complimentary buffet in February.
