The Lawrence-Douglas County Biosciences Authority and Lawrence Regional Technology Center selected Kern Marketing as their advertising agency for the new $7.25 million Bioscience and Technology Business Center on the West Campus of Kansas University.

The facility will provide opportunities for KU technologies and innovations to be commercialized on the same campus where they are discovered instead of being exported out of the community. The BTBC represents a resource to help Lawrence and Douglas County become a home to bioscience and technology companies and resulted from four years of planning by economic development and community leaders.
