Kansas University’s Unclassified Senate and University Support Staff Senates will host a food drive on campus next week, July 13-17.

The donations benefit ECKAN Just Food, a partnership of local food pantries. The food drive is scheduled for July to combat the shortages in supply and higher demand that typically occur during summer.

Donations of nonperishable food items will be collected at several campus buildings, including Anschutz Library, Burge Union, Computer Center, Facilities Operations warehouse, Kansas Union, KU Endowment, Parking and Transit office, Strong Hall rotunda, Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center and Watson Library.
