KDHE accepting watershed proposals

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment is accepting proposals for Kansas Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy projects.

A Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy (WRAPS) is a planning and management framework that engages stakeholders in a process to identify watershed restoration and protection needs, establish watershed management goals, create a cost-effective action plan to achieve goals, and implement the plan. The deadline for proposals is Feb. 28.
