Students can get help with financial aid forms
An event on the Kansas University campus will give high school students insight into filling out financial aid forms.
The event, coordinated by the Kansas Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, is free and open to all high school students with questions about financing a college education. One-on-one assistance will be provided with filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form.
Parents should bring their 2008 tax return and their W-2 forms if possible, though such information is not required to attend. The event is scheduled for 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Eaton Hall on the KU campus.
