Lawrence High junior Lillian Schonewise has been named second-team all-Class 6A by the Kansas Volleyball Association.

Schonewise, a middle blocker, helped the Lions to a second straight appearance in the 6A state tournament. She finished in the top 10 in the Sunflower League in kills (258), blocks (108) and kill efficiency (0.36).

Schonewise, daughter of former Kansas University coach Karen Schonewise, has made an oral commitment to attend Cal-Berkeley.
