A 21-year-old Lawrence man reported Monday the burglary and theft of items from a residence in the 1100 block of Louisiana Street. According to police reports, the incident occurred between 6:30 p.m. Sunday and 3 p.m. Monday. Among the items stolen were a car stereo and a pair of sunglasses. Total loss from the incident was estimated around $1,000.
