A 20-year-old Wichita man was arrested Wednesday on charges of aggravated assault and kidnapping in connection with an October incident.

According to Douglas County Sheriff’s Office booking logs and Lawrence Police reports, the alleged crimes occurred the afternoon of Oct. 15 in the 1300 block of Kentucky Street. A 20-year-old Lawrence man was listed as the victim of the offenses.

The Wichita man, who was arrested in Sedgwick County, was the second detained in connection with the incident. A 22-year-old Lawrence man was arrested Nov. 20 on charges of aggravated assault and kidnapping.
