Some KU offices plan extended hours
Some Kansas University offices will offer extended hours from Aug. 17 to Aug. 20.
Many of the affected offices will open a half hour early and close a half hour late, operating from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The offices of student financial aid, the university registrar, admissions and scholarships and new student orientation are among the affected offices.
The KU Card Center on the fourth floor of the Kansas Union will be open from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on those days.
From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 20 and Aug. 21, KU Info will operate booths in the Strong Hall rotunda and in front of Wescoe Hall and Watson Library to provide assistance and directions to students on the first days of classes.
