Law enforcement report

• Lawrence police on Sunday arrested a 48-year-old Lawrence man on charges of rape, battery and three counts of criminal threat. A Douglas County Jail report indicated that police arrested him in the 200 block of Glenview Drive. He was booked into jail at 10:52 p.m. Sunday on $35,000 bond.

• A 28-year-old Lawrence woman reported aggravated burglary and criminal damage to property Saturday morning, according to a police report. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Redbud Lane at 8:45 a.m. Saturday. The suspect stole $250 dollars and a debit card from the victim. A 33-year-old Lawrence man, who also lived at the residence, reported he was the victim of battery during the incident. A door frame valued at $100 was also damaged during the occurrence.
