Olathe ? Lawrence High’s volleyball team split two matches Thursday at Olathe Northwest.

The Lions beat Olathe South, 16-25, 25-10, 26-24, but fell to O-Northwest, 25-27, 25-10, 25-17.

Tayler Tolefree had 13 kills, six blocks and 13 digs for the Lions. Jasmyn Turner contributed 19 digs and 13 kills, Maddy Orth posted 22 assists, and Lillian Schonewise added 10 blocks.

The Lions (2-3) will travel Saturday to the Maize tournament.
