KU Natural History Museum to display oddities

Interested in seeing a fanged fish? A giant frog? Large spiked pine cones?

Kansas University’s Natural History Museum will be displaying some of its odder items from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

The one-day exhibition, “What on Earth? Museum Oddities,” will highlight specimens collected as part of KU field research that aren’t usually on display at the museum.

Requested admission for the event is $2. Members of the Friends of the Museum will be admitted free.
