Injury Accident

¢ A 7-year-old Oklahoma boy died in a single car accident Saturday in Franklin County. According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, Ravin Harrison, 28, of Oklahoma, was driving a 2001 Kia north in the passing lane on Interstate 35 when the vehicle left the roadway, Harrison overcorrected and came back on the roadway, but lost control of the vehicle, which rolled and came to rest in the median. The 7-year-old child was ejected from the vehicle. Two other children, an 8-year-old and an 11-year-old, were also injured and transported to Children’s Mercy Hospital. The 11-year-old was treated and released. No information was available on the 8-year-old Saturday.
