The Kansas University Small Business Development Center, 734 Vt., will have a seminar titled “Sales Techniques for Growing Retail Revenues” from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday.

Participants will learn the basic steps and critical details of making a sale and how to effectively gather consumer data and strategically connect customer buying habits with sales and marketing.
