Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A 23-year-old Lawrence woman reported the theft of a black 2007 Hyundai Tiburon between 10 p.m. Oct. 2 and 11 a.m. Oct. 3 from the 1300 block of West Seventh Street. The vehicle, valued at $18,008, was recovered Oct. 6.

¢ A 49-year-old Lawrence man reported the theft of a 1981 Honda motorcycle between July 17 and July 20. A police report filed Sept. 30 indicates that the theft took place on the 2100 block of Quail Creek Drive. The motorcycle is valued at $1,200.

¢ A 21-year-old Kansas University student reported criminal damage of $1,000 to the driver-side door of his black GMC Sierra. The incident took place between 1 a.m. and 5 p.m. Oct. 5 on the 1100 block of Ohio Street.
