Chinese ambassador to speak at KU

A Chinese ambassador is scheduled to deliver a lecture Friday at Kansas University.

Ambassador Liu Zhenmin, the deputy permanent representative to the United Nations from China, will deliver the annual Diplomat’s Forum Lecture, sponsored by the KU School of Law.

Liu will discuss “China’s Perspectives on Challenges Facing the United Nations and the New American President” at 4:30 p.m. Friday at the Stinson Morrison Hecker Lecture Hall in Green Hall on the KU campus.

The event is free and open to the public.
