Law enforcement report

¢ Lawrence police arrested a 19-year-old McKinney, Texas, man Tuesday night following a disturbance at 9:52 p.m. in the 1700 block of West 20th Street. According to police, a fight broke out after two men tried to force their way into a residence. The victim reported his vehicle and another vehicle were damaged by the suspects as they left the scene. The 19-year-old was arrested on three counts of aggravated assault, one count of aggravated burglary, criminal damage to property and battery. The report was sent to the District Attorney’s office and remains under investigation.

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A 21-year-old Tonganoxie man reported that the passenger door of a Pontiac G6, the driver’s door of an Oldsmobile Alero and the front door frame and lock of a residence were damaged in the 1700 block of West 20th Street Tuesday. Estimated loss is $2,200.

¢ A 20-year-old Lawrence man reported an Xbox 360 gaming system, an Xbox game and more than 30 DVDs were stolen from the 1100 block of West 29th Terrace Monday. Estimated loss is $5,058.

¢ A 22-year-old Olathe man reported a 1989 Toyota Celica was dented in the 800 block of Vermont Street Wednesday. Estimated loss is $1,000.

¢ A 32-year-old Olathe man reported a Canon SLR digital camera, zoom lenses and an external flash were stolen in the 1800 block of Vermont Street on May 22. Estimated loss is $2,830.

¢ A 19-year-old Westerville, Ohio, man reported a Compaq desktop computer system, clothing and Nintendo DS games were among several items stolen in the 2900 block of Alabama Street on May 23. Estimated loss is $4,240.
