Law enforcement report

¢ A Toyota Camry caught fire about 7:30 p.m. near the West Lawrence interchange on the Kansas Turnpike. Kansas Turnpike Authority and Lawrence-Douglas County Fire & Medical responded to the fire. A Kansas Turnpike official said there were no injuries. The 43-year-old Lawrence man driving the car lost power and pulled to the side of the westbound lane, the official said. The car then began to smoke and caught fire.

¢ Assist person, no obvious injury, 9:24 p.m. Wednesday, 921 W. 22nd St.

¢ Motor vehicle accident, no injury, 12:14 a.m. Thursday, North Second Street and Lincoln Street.
