Burglaries and thefts reported
¢ A 53-year-old Lawrence man reported 2,540 stamps valued at $1,400 were stolen from a vehicle June 12.
¢ A Land Plan Engineering employee reported two GMC Sierras were criminally damaged at the site of the business, 1310 Wakarusa Drive between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 3 a.m. Thursday. The damage estimate is $1,000.
¢ A 38-year-old Lawrence woman reported a 1982 red Primer Yamaha motorcycle valued at $2,000 was stolen between Wednesday and Thursday morning in the 2500 block of West Sixth Street.
¢ A 40-year-old Lawrence man reported $5,000 in a U.S. currency coin collection was stolen between May 6 and May 13 from the 1500 block of West Ninth Street.
¢ A 57-year-old Overland Park woman reported a personal check was forged for $1,900 April 28 in the 2500 block of Crestline Court.
