Window peeper on Tennessee Street reported

Lawrence police weren’t able to locate a suspected window peeper, who a 25-year-old woman said was staring at her through a window at her home Sunday night, according to a police report.
The Lawrence woman told police she was sleeping on her couch in the 1500 block of Tennessee Street. She woke up about 7:45 p.m. and saw the window peeper, who left the area northbound on Tennessee Street, the report said.
Police searched the area for the suspect, who was described as a white man in a blue shirt and blue baseball cap.

I would be willing to bet most random rapists look through the windows looking for potential victim's situations, just as they check for unlocked doors.
This really isn't as '1950's fun' as you think.
She could have been our next homicide victim.

What about respecting ones privacy? Peepers should not be tolerated, but don't lock them up. Send them to find ol-whats-his name ( Bin). peep and sneak….. almost sounds like the Bushes proposing the patriot act.
