Law enforcement report

¢ Lawrence Police are investigating a report that an unidentified person is using the identity of a 20-year-old Lawrence resident. The unidentified suspect has been ticketed for traffic violations in Topeka. The victim reports not owning a vehicle. The incident was discovered Dec. 28.

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A car dealership in the 500 block of Colorado Street reported $5,000 in criminal damage to a 1973 Cougar XRZ. The incident occurred between 4 p.m. Saturday and 6:50 p.m. Sunday.

¢ A 33-year-old Lawrence man reported the theft of three handguns, clothing and other items with a combined value of about $5,600. The incident occurred between 8 p.m. Dec. 31 and 10:30 p.m. Jan. 2.

¢ More than $2,200 in jewelry, cigarettes and other items were taken from a residence in the 1900 block of East 19th Street, a 56-year-old Lawrence resident reported. The incident occurred between 6:20 a.m. and 5:39 p.m. Thursday.

¢ An Apple MacBook valued at $2,300 was reported stolen by a Lawrence woman. The incident occurred between midnight and 1 a.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of West Ninth Street.

¢ A 44-year-old Eudora man reported an incident of aggravated battery and criminal damage to property Sunday. More than $1,500 in damage was done to the windows of a Chevy pickup. The incident occurred shortly after 1 p.m. in the 2700 block of Harper and also included assault on a law enforcement officer.

¢ A 2006 Yamaha YF2 450 ATV and various tools were reported stolen from a residence on Evans Road in Tonganoxie, according to the Leavenworth County Sheriff’s Office. The incident occurred Friday.
