Injury accident

¢ A 33-year-old Topeka man was injured Sunday evening after he was thrown off his motorcycle in Jefferson County. Paul D. Klemme Jr. was not wearing a helmet when a vehicle rear-ended him while traveling eastbound on Kansas Highway 4 and attempting to turn left onto 46th Street, north of Grantville, near the Shawnee County line. Klemme was transported to Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center in Topeka. Officials there were unable to provide a condition update late Sunday night.
