Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ An employee of Mark’s Jewelers, 814 Mass., reported a window of the business was criminally damaged. The crime occurred about 3:40 a.m. Thursday. Estimated loss is $2,000.

¢ More than $5,000 worth of prescription drugs were reported stolen from a residence in the 2300 block of Anderson Road. A 49-year-old Lawrence women reported the incident occurred between 7:30 a.m. and 10:20 a.m. Tuesday.

¢ A 20-year-old Lawrence man reported a 2000 Ford Focus was stolen from the 1100 block of Massachusetts Street on Feb. 4. The car was reportedly worth $3,000. The incident occurred between 2:30 a.m. Feb. 2 and 2 p.m. Feb. 4.
