Law enforcement report
¢ Lawrence police are investigating a report that three Lawrence girls, aged 13, 14 and 15, had illegal sexual relations with a 19-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man and two other unidentified men at the southwest Lawrence home of one of the victims. The incident reportedly occurred between 6 p.m. Sept. 2 and 8 a.m. Sept. 3. It was reported to a school resource officer.
¢ Lawrence police are investigating a report that a man had illegal relations with a Lawrence girl, now age 14. The victim reports that the incidents occurred between Jan. 1, 2001, and Dec. 31, 2005. The report was taken Oct. 4.
¢ Lawrence police are investigating a report that a Minnesota woman had illegal relations with a 14-year-old Minnesota boy while both lived in Lawrence in August 2002. The victim was age 9 when the incident reportedly took place at the victim’s east Lawrence home. The incident was reported by the boy’s father Sept. 28.
¢ A 35-year-old Lawrence woman told police Oct. 16 that she was raped by an acquaintance between September and November 2006. The incident, which is under investigation, allegedly occurred in North Lawrence.
Injury accidents
¢ A 19-year-old Eudora woman was treated at Lawrence Memorial Hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries Monday following a two-vehicle accident at Eighth and New Jersey streets. Lindsay M. Brown, 19, was driving a 2001 Honda Civic westbound on Eighth Street when a Toyota Spyder driven by Debra F. Cornell, 49, of Lawrence, entered the intersection from New Jersey Street and struck the Honda. Brown was treated at Lawrence Memorial Hospital and later released. Cornell and two passengers in Brown’s vehicle were not injured. The incident occurred shortly after 4:30 p.m.
