A four-plane flyover will precede Kansas University’s Saturday football game with Baylor, officials said.

The flyover is planned just before the 11:30 a.m. kickoff. The planes will fly over the stadium after the national anthem is played; KU said the Federal Aviation Administration has approved the event.

The planes will be RV-6As, single-propeller two-seaters.

The university will also provide discounted game tickets to personnel from area military bases, the university said.
