Law enforcement report

There were two incidents Tuesday morning in which a vehicle’s window was shattered while the vehicles were being driven in Lawrence.

According to Lawrence police, a 28-year-old Lawrence woman was driving her pickup truck in the 1400 block of Connecticut around 12:30 a.m. when the truck’s rear window crashed in around her. She suffered cuts to the back of her head and was treated and released from Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

Shortly after 2 a.m., a 41-year-old Eudora woman and her son were driving near Sixth and Massachusetts streets. They told police they heard a loud bang, and the rear driver’s side window of their van shattered.

Police don’t know what caused the damage, and said it was too early to tell whether the incidents are related.

¢ The Osage County Sheriff’s Office is asking for information concerning the whereabouts of Andrew R. Anspaugh, a 17-year-old white male reported missing Monday. Anspaugh was last seen about 8 a.m. Monday before leaving for school in a purple 1998 Plymouth Van with a Harley Davidson decal on the rear window.
