Law enforcement report
¢ A 30-year-old Lawrence man reported to Lawrence police an aggravated assault involving a handgun. The incident occurred about 8:30 p.m. Friday in the 3300 block of Iowa Street.
¢ Prairie Park School Principal David Williams on Sunday reported $600 in damage to a front window of the school. The incident occurred between 9 p.m. Friday and 6 p.m. Sunday. The window has been replaced.
Burglaries and thefts reported
¢ A 34-year-old Lawrence woman reported $7,200 in damage to car ports and a U-Haul truck at Trailridge Apartments in the 2500 block of West Sixth Street. The incident, which involved a .40-caliber Smith & Wesson, occurred and was reported around 3 p.m. Friday and was reported Friday. No further information was available Monday.
¢ A 21-year-old Lawrence man reported the theft of $2,100 in items from his vehicle. The incident occurred between 11 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Sunday in the 2600 block of Bell Crest Drive. A $1,700 laptop, calculator and textbooks were taken, the victim reported to police.
