Law enforcement report

¢ A 28-year-old woman told Lawrence police she was stabbed in the finger with an ice pick by another woman. The incident occurred about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday as the two women were riding in a vehicle from Topeka to Lawrence. The woman went to Lawrence Memorial Hospital, where she was treated and released. An investigation is continuing.

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A 1999 Ford Taurus valued at $4,000 was taken from the 600 block of Illinois between 10 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday, according to a Lawrence Police report. The car belonged to a 60-year-old Lawrence woman.

¢ Lawrence police are investigating a burglary and theft incident that occurred just before 11 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of Connecticut Street. Items valued at $2,540 belonging to two 21-year-old Lawrence men were taken. Missing are a laptop computer, an iPod and money.

¢ Officials at Lawrence High School reported damage to several windows, walls and school district vehicles at 3:17 a.m. Sunday. The damage was about $3,100.

¢ A 23-year-old Lawrence man reported the theft of a computer sometime between 3:30 a.m. and 4:15 a.m. on Saturday at the 2600 block of West 6th Street. The computer was worth about $2,000.
