Law enforcement report

Lawrence Police responded about 6:20 p.m. Sunday to a report of a robbery at Tobacco Express, 1420 W. 23rd St. Dispatchers broadcast that police were looking for an 18- to 22-year-old white male with short blond hair wearing a black “hoodie” T-shirt who was last seen running westbound on 23rd Street. No further details were available Sunday night.
