Overland Park ? Lawrence High’s girls swimming and diving squad placed second Tuesday at the Blue Valley Northwest triangular. BV Northwest won with 149 points, followed by Lawrence High with 111 points and SM North with 70.

Individual LHS winners were Mallory West in one-meter diving and Chelsea Dirks-Ham in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke, and the 200-yard freestyle relay of Jessica Boyer, Erina Houk, Marianne Klovning and Elle Weber.

Dirks-Ham qualified for state in both the 100 butterfly and the 100 backstroke, and Ellie Weber qualified for state in the 200 freestyle.
